Aristotle asked, “How does a person live well? A life of Eudaemonia?” “What makes a person happy or blessed?”
He answered, “a happy life is a flourishing one; a life in which we realize our full potential as rational, emotional, and social beings.”
The Greek philosopher insisted that a flourishing life is of our own doing, rather than a gift of the GODS.
He added, “What makes eudaemonia is the virtue of striving. Certain humans make the most of human nature as they strive towards a life lived well.”
