At Our Eudaemonia, I assist clients in overcoming obstacles by teaching them a
scientifically proven Eastern technique that complements with Western Psychology. This
dynamic technique, known as the Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping, along with
advanced techniques are used within my Energy Psychology practice.

Tapping is a scientifically validated method. Clients gently tap on 9 or more acupoints
on their body while addressing behaviours or patterns that trigger worry, angst, anger, fear or
sadness. This unique combination, physically deactivates the Stress Mode associated with
fi
ght/flight/freeze/fawn in the Sympathetic Nervous System. When we’re in Stress Mode, we
are in a narrow thinking pattern that doesn’t allow clients to clearly think or communicate.
Following Tapping, the body shifts back to its Parasympathetic System, often referred to as
Calm Mode, promoting relaxation and improved decision-making. An additional benefit is a
reduction in cortisol levels of at least 43% through the use of this method.
